Since its establishment in 2001, the company has been focusing on the production of Sand Castings and Structural Weldments. Located in Jianyang Industrial Park, JYHT covers an area of 110,146 square meters, with 60,000 square meters of modern workshops and more than 150 sets of major production equipment. JYHT has about 300 employees, including many senior technical and management talents.


In recent years, JYHT has achieved rapid business expansion through technological innovation and the introduction of advanced equipment. JYHT has the capacity to produce 30,000 tons of Sand Castings and 8,000 tons of Structural Weldments annually, covering various fields such as machine tool castings, automobile mold castings, and so on. Particularly noteworthy is that we successfully developed an automotive casting product line in 2020, including gray iron, molybdenum-chromium cast iron, ductile iron, etc., and equipped with an advanced 15T/H resin sand casting production line.

JYHT adheres to a modern casting production mode based on technology integration, with CNC machining as the mainstay and mechanical processing as a supplement. JYHT are in the leading position in China in the fields of CNC machine tool casting and automobile mold casting. With excellent product quality, reasonable prices, and high-quality after-sales service, JYHT has won the trust and praise of many domestic and foreign customers, including well-known enterprises such as Huachen Equipment and Wuhan Heavy Duty Machine Tool. Breaking through technological challenges in aircraft and automotive mold castings, entering the mold casting manufacturing industry

The company successfully developed the MK 5225 product, which was recognized as the first set of major technical equipment in Sichuan Province.

Completed the technical renovation project for steel casting, achieving an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons of steel castings, officially entering the excavator steel casting industry.
